Keikiya Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

Keikiya (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply to Keikiya and all of its registered and unregistered users.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Keikiya. Violating these Terms and Conditions may result in bet cancellation or account suspension.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless otherwise stated within the in-play betting options.
• Odds Changes: The odds at the time a bet is accepted are final. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect previously placed bets.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Technical Error: Keikiya reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

• Live Betting: When betting on live events, odds may change due to network delays.

Keikiya reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting patterns and, where necessary, withhold payment pending the outcome of such investigation.

Keikiya processes payments through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services and banking channels. The terms and conditions for payments are outlined below:

• Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum daily deposit limit is determined by your account type.
• Withdrawal Limits: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. A maximum daily withdrawal limit applies to verified accounts.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Verification Requirements: Identity verification is required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Payments from or on behalf of third parties are not accepted. All deposits must originate from your own registered payment method.

Keikiya regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Before using any bonus, make sure you understand the specific terms attached to it.

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering amount must be met (typically 10x to 30x the bonus value).
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• A Bonus: Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed simultaneously unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
• Cashback Offer: Cashback applies only to losses from bets placed with real money, not those placed with bonus funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Keikiya platform. Violating these terms and conditions may result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device/IP address.
• Fraud: Using a false identity, forged documents, or impersonating another person.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software or bots for betting or gaming.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Match Fixing: Participating in or facilitating the manipulation of sporting event results.
• System Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

Keikiya may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• If identity verification is incomplete or false information has been provided.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Where a user has requested self-exclusion.
• As directed by legal or regulatory authorities.

To voluntarily close your account, please contact customer support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before closure.

Keikiya is not liable for the following:

• A bet failing to register due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• Delays or failures on third-party payment gateways.
• Account credentials compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Services being suspended or restricted due to changes in applicable laws.

However, if a loss occurs due to a technical error or platform issue, Keikiya will make reasonable efforts to provide a resolution.

Keikiya may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notification on the platform.
